| 2008-04-01 | Due to recent attacks on the Rave Victoria webserver from spammers, the forums have been requiring a lot of maintenance. Unfortunately we cannot keep up with the sheer volume of spam, and the server itself has become unstable and requires more attention than we can give it.
After much deliberation, we have decided to shut down Rave Victoria.
As you might imagine, this was not an easy decision to come to. We have put a lot of work into the website in many aspects, and have maintained it over almost a decade.
We thank you for all your contributions and being a part of the community. Special thanks goes out to all the promoters and DJ's who have helped make Rave Victoria a destination website over the years for party goers and music lovers.
Rave Victoria will see it's last execution of code when our domain expires at the end of the week, so please do any goodbyes or contact exchanges before that time.
We wish you all the best.
