Rave Victoria Club Weekly submission form
Instructions
- This form should be used to add or modify club weekly listings.
- Fields marked with a * are
mandatory.
- If you have not listed with us before, we require a primary
contact name (real, not nickname), phone number, and email address
for your company. This information is kept confidential and used
only for identity confirmation purposes. The information can be
submitted in the "Additional Comments" field.
Notes
- At this time, submitting this form does not immediately update
the live website. Additions and changes can take a while to show up
on the site (depending on mood, availability of staff, etc).
- Rave Victoria provides listings for only
Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, and
Powell River. We do not post events from outside
this region.
- "TBA" is not considered valid data for any field in
the form.
Agreement
- Rave Victoria agrees to list this information on its public
website free of charge.
- Rave Victoria makes no warranties about the length of time
it takes to post a particular event. Times are variable,
subject to staff availability.
- The promoter must fill out all required fields in the
manner they are specified. Any failure to do so will likely
increase the time it takes to post, since the staff do not like
to have to make up for others' carelessness.
- Rave Victoria will not be liable for any legal, spelling or
grammatical mistakes in the posting. Please ensure your
information is correct before submitting it.
- Rave Victoria reserves the right to edit submissions for
any reason, though will rarely do so.
- Since Rave Victoria provides this listing service free of
charge, the expectation is laid upon promoters that
all Rave Victoria staff shall be granted
guest-listing (free access) to events listed on the
site. There is only a small group running the site, and it is
done on a volunteer basis, so we feel this is the least we can
ask.
